Currently managing a large forest estates in western part of Latvia, has a long-lasting experience in different aspects of forestry, including:
- nature protection, while working in Slitere nature reserve;
- forest tree breeding, particularly broadleaved trees, while working in center of forest tree breeding and seeds in western part of Latvia, selecting best quality stands and plus-trees;
- forest regeneration and thinning regimes at the current working position.
Professional priority is maximization of use of forest soil potential for timber production.
